To start using the CV Finder feature, navigate to the "CV Finder" section in your Employer Dashboard. Type the job role or keywords related to the job role you are looking for, such as Sales, Software Engineer, UX Researcher, and others.
Apply filters to narrow down candidates. You can filter by location, expected salary, gender, years of experience, education level, skills, or company. Scroll down to fill in the details, then click "Apply Filters".
View the list of potential candidates that meet your criteria. Click on each candidate’s profile to learn more about their qualifications. Please note that candidate information remains confidential until you unlock their profile.
By following these steps, you can effectively use your credits in CV Finder to find and connect with the best candidates for your company's needs. You can view a brief Profile Summary of the candidate. You will also be able to see the candidate's CV once you have unlocked their profile.
If you decide to learn more or connect with the candidate, simply click the "Unlock" button on their profile.
Please note that once you click the "Unlock" button, you will be able to access the candidate's name, contact information (phone number & email), and CV.
Review the candidates you have unlocked in detail. You can also see all the candidates you have unlocked in the "Unlocked Talent" section.
Additionally, you can click "Chat" to start a conversation with the candidate. However, please note that you must first select an active job listing to refer to the candidate you have chosen. Once done, you can click "Send Greetings".
An automatic chat message will be sent to the candidate via Glints Chat. You can then continue the conversation with the candidate!
Credits in CV Finder - FAQs
Where can I check my credit usage?
To see the number of CV Finder credits, you can also go directly to the "Features", then go to the "Purchased" tab.
You can also go to the "CV Finder" page and click on the right side to see the remaining credit you currently have.
How many credits will I receive for CV Finder?
Each of our plans offers different credits. Contact our Sales team for a customized package.
If I have not used all my CV Finder credits this month, will the remaining credits carry over to the next month?
For this matter, you will encounter two different conditions:
If you purchased the CV Finder credits a la carte/through the Premium Feature, the credits will be valid for one month from the date of purchase. If it is not used (or exceeds the one-month duration), the credits will not be carried over to the next month.
If you purchased the CV Finder credits through our Sales team, the credits duration will be adjusted according to your needs (e.g., 6 months or 12 months with special discounts. Please contact our Sales team). If the validity period ends, any remaining creidts will not be carried over to the next month.
We recommend that you use all your credits before the expiration date.
What happens to my credits if I upgrade to a Paid Subscription Plan?
When you upgrade your subscription plan, your credits will be adjusted to the new quota based on the plan you upgrade to.
Do I get my credits back if a candidate declines my chat request?
No, your credits will still be deducted once you initiate a chat with a candidate.
Can I still access candidates whose I have unlocked if my CV Finder credits has expired?
We would like to inform you that when your CV Finder credits expires, you will still be able to access the candidates you have previously unlocked. However, we still recommend you to frequently processing the candidates you have unlocked as soon as possible according to the criteria of your currently active job listings by starting a conversation in Glints Chat.
