You can follow these steps on utilizing Job Boost in website:
Login in https://employers.glints.id/. On Employer Dashboard, click "Post a Job" if you did not have any active job listing. Fill all the information required for your job post. Please referring to this article on how to post a job. Click "Finish & Post Job".
You will be redirected to Employer Dashboard with your active job listing. You can click "Boost this job".
If you have purchased a Job Boost package before, please select the referred package, then you can simply click "Start Boosting". Your Job Boost package slot will be reduced automatically.
If you don't have a Job Boost package, then you can still continue boosting your job ads using your Glints Credit balance or pay as you go credit conversion [if your Glints Credit isn't enough]. For example, if your credit balance is not enough, then you can directly click "Other payment options".
You can continue the payment and your job vacancy is successfully boosted. Your remaining credit will be deducted automatically.
Once your payment is success, then your job post will have "URGENT" label in candidate's perspective in glints.com.
You can also do the same steps above with you existing job listings.
