Previously, we had a 'Profile Access Limit' which refers to the limitations for employers when managing candidate recruitment. It means full access to candidate profiles per job listing will be limited based on our internal policy, and this limitation applies specifically to employers who are not part of Glints VIP.
Now, we are introducing a new update that gives you more flexibility in processing your applicants, called Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits. With this change, you will now have greater access without worry about 'Profile Access Limit' while still being able to manage your usage more effectively.
What’s New?
The Transition of 'Profile Access Limit' Quota
Previously, you could process up to 15 candidates in one active job listing without any time limit. Now, we make a transition to Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits, enabling you to enjoy a bigger scale of access.
Please note that Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits for 'Profile Access Limit' is shared in one company account with many team members. This means that activities of processing the candidates from all team members using one same company will count toward the same limit.
Daily Shortlisting Limits
Each Daily Shortlisting Limits comes with a daily cap on how much 'Profile Access Limit' quota you can use. Once this daily limit is reached, your access will pause until the next day when it resets automatically. This structure helps you pace your activity and plan your usage more effectively.
See the table below for the Daily Shortlisting Limits based on each type of your plan👇🏻
Monthly Shortlisting Limits
In addition to the daily cap, each Monthly Shortlisting Limits also has a monthly maximum. If you reach the monthly limit, you’ll need to wait until the start of the next month for it to refresh. This ensures that your usage is balanced across weeks instead of being used up too quickly.
See the table below for the Monthly Shortlisting Limits based on each type of your plan👇🏻
Please note that these changes do not affect the existing rules of 'Profile Access Limit'. The update only focuses on expanding access — shifts from the 20 quota of 'Profile Access Limit' in one active job listing to the Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits method — so you can manage your incoming applicants on a larger scale. Why This Matters
With Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits, you will have a more structured way of processing your applicants on your active job listings details. The daily and monthly limits are designed to give you:
- More flexibility than only focusing on previous 'Profile Access Limit' quota.
- Better planning for your daily and monthly usage.
- Upgrade options so you are always in control when urgent needs arise.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does VIP now have a limit when before it did not?
We have updated the way 'Profile Access Limit' works to give you more control and flexibility. Previously, if you are a VIP member, you were allowed to process your applicants without reset-based limits, but this also made it harder to manage usage and expand access fairly.
Now, VIP follows the same 'Profile Access Limit' rules as Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits. This means when you are VIP member and reach the limit, you can choose to upgrade with Subscription Plan to continue instantly, instead of being stuck. With this update, your access becomes more predictable, scalable, and transparent — while still giving you the flexibility to go beyond the limit whenever you need. In addition, this change also serves as a preventive measure to minimize potential fraud, helping protect both users as the employers and the applicants.
Since it’s Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits, is there a possibility that I will reach my limit if I process candidates with lots of job active listings?
Yes. If you manage many candidates at the same time, you may reach the Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits faster.
What happens if I reach the Daily or Monthly Shortlist Limits of my Profile Access Limit?
If you meet this conditions, you can choose:
- Wait until the next day/month for your daily/monthly limit to reset.
- Upgrade your plan if you need access right away.
What happens if I reach the limit of my current plan in for the Daily or Monthly Shortlist Limits?
If you have already reached your Daily and Monthly Shortlisting Limits and also hit the cap of your current plan (Free, VIP, or Subscription), you won’t be able to add more 'Profile Access Limit' at that plan. To continue, you will need to upgrade to the next higher plan. For example, if your free plan is full, you can move up to VIP or Subscription plan for more 'Profile Access Limit' quota.
Can I skip directly to a higher plan if I need more Profile Access Limit?
Yes. You do not have to upgrade step by step. Once you have reached your limit, you can choose the plan that best matches your needs here.
How will this change affect my current access to Profile Access Limit?
If you are either VIP or Non VIP employer, you will still have basic access for a limited time. Something that makes different at this moment is only the quota utilization of the 'Profile Access Limit' based on a daily and monthly basis. You can process the applicants on your active job listings in "Manage Candidates".
Do VIP and Subscription Plan upgrades affect both daily and monthly limits?
Yes, upgrades allow you to go beyond the standard daily and monthly 'Profile Access Limit' which already been shared on the table above.
Will these limits be permanent?
No. The numbers are not fixed and may change depending on circumstances such as system adjustments, or future updates. If changes do happen, these are intended to help you use the platform more smoothly and improve your overall experience.
When exactly will my limits reset?
For daily limits, the reset happens automatically at 7:00 AM WIB. For monthly limits, the reset follows your own starting date. For example, if your monthly cycle starts on September 8, it will reset on October 8.
Do unused daily/monthly limits carry over to the next day or month?
No, limits reset automatically. Unused Power does not roll over.
