What Glints VIP Offers
With Glints VIP, you can optimize the use of exclusive features when creating job listings, such as adding mandatory information that candidates must provide, ensuring that applications are more relevant to your company's needs. The exclusive features offered by Glints VIP include:
Full Profile Access Limit
Glints has implemented a system where the employer only can access the applicants in job post based on daily & monthly shortlists quota, called "Full Profile Access". The access refers to the actions of:
Changing status,
Making conversation,
and many more.
However, if you are part of Glints VIP, you can access the "Full Profile Access" without any limitation anymore, and your daily quota will be upgraded into 350 shortlists/day, enabling you to manage more incoming candidates to your job listings.
Hide Salary & Must-Have Requirements
We provide the flexibility for you to choose whether or not to display salary expectations to candidates when they apply for your job listings. Further, you can set 'must-have' criteria such as education, which candidates must fulfill when applying for your job listings.
Mandatory Profile Photo and CV/Resume
You can require candidates to attach their profile photo and CV/Resume when applying for your job listings.
Screening Questions
You can customize the criteria for candidates applying to your job listings using the Screening Questions provided by Glints. There are several default questions you can add to a better filter for relevant candidates.

You can use this feature to filter the screening questions that you have included to your job listings through Manage Candidates page. It will help you to gain the relevant candidates that matches with your requirements.
Premium Filters
We offer a premium filter that allows you to filter key details of candidates who apply to your job post, such as university name, major, and more. You can use this feature on the Manage Candidates page.
By using the exclusive features provided by Glints VIP when creating job listings, you can easily filter incoming applications as they will match the information you need. This saves you time in processing applications and helps you quickly find high-quality candidates that meet your company's requirements.
Differences between VIP and Non-VIP Users
With Glints VIP, you will enjoy numerous benefits while processing candidates who apply to your job listings! Additionally, your company will gain increased visibility. For example, on the Employer Dashboard, your account will display a 'Glints VIP' label in the top right corner, indicating that your account is part of Glints VIP. This feature is also available to all members of your company.
Similar to 'Hot Job', your job listings will be marked with a 'Premium Employer' label from the candidate's perspective. This makes your job listings stand out among others that do not have any premium features, attracting more attention from potential applicants when they see it.
When candidates view your company account, your company profile will have a special gold badge with an explanation that your account is a Premium Employer. This builds candidate trust in your company's credibility.
