❗️Before proceeding, please ensure that the email you want to change to has never been used to register on Glints❗️
To change email, please follow the steps below:
Login through https://employers.glints.sg. On the right top of the Dashboard page, you can click your profile, and choose "Account Settings".
On the "Sign In & Security" section, you can choose "Update Email". Please ensure that the email you want to change to has never been used to register on Glints. You can continue to fill in the email, and click "Change Email Address".
Next, a verification link will be sent to your new email address. Please check the inbox of your new email account. Once you find the verification email, click the link provided to confirm the change.
After completing this step, you’ll be redirected back to your Employer Dashboard, and your email address will be successfully updated to the new one.
My new email address has already been registered on Glints.
If the new email address you wish to change to is already registered on Glints (for example, if it already has its own employer/candidate account or is already linked to another company account), the email address change cannot be completed.
As an alternative, you can follow the steps below based on your situation:
If your account is a candidate account, please contact our Support team to request a role change from a candidate account to an employer account.
If your account is an employer account, please contact your team member who manages that company account to add you as a new member under the company account.
If you’re unsure who manages that company account or encounter issues changing your email address, please contact us at hello@glints.com with the subject “Unable to Change Email”.
