When a recruiter sends you a chat or changes the status of your application, and you don't see the chat, you'll receive an email notification for chats you haven't viewed in the last 24 hours.
Please note that when you apply for a job through the Glints website and receive the latest chat from the recruiter, you won't be able to view it on the website because the "Chat to Apply" feature is currently only available in the Glints app.
As a result, you can respond to the chat directly from the email by clicking the "Reply" button. Subsequently, you will be directed to the Play Store to download the Glints application, enabling you to reply via the "Chat to Apply" feature.
