Yes, the chat feature supports sharing multimedia files, including images. You can easily exchange these types of files during your conversations.
You only allow selecting one image under 5MB. If you select one image over 5MB will be in the disabled state. Further, please take note that the file format you can attach on Glints Chat is png, jpeg, jpg, and pdf.
Does the Glints chat feature have a character limit imposed on messages?
Yes, there is a maximum character limit set for messages in the chat feature, which is 200 characters for template messages and 5000 characters for normal text messages. This limit ensures that messages remain concise and facilitates efficient communication within the chat interface.
Am I able to adjust the display order of the chat messages?
Currently, the new messages will be determined based on chronological order, prioritizing the most recent ones.
Can I delete or edit messages in a chat?
Unfortunately, you cannot delete or edit your messages in a chat at this moment. However, future updates may include enhancements and additional customization features to enhance your chat experience. Stay tuned!
Is it possible to mark/pinned the specific candidates on Manage Candidates Dashboard?

We strongly recommend expediting candidate progression by utilizing the chat feature and promptly updating the job status to the next stage. This approach will effectively optimize your time utilization in the recruitment process.
Can I back up or export my chat conversations with candidates for future reference?
Unfortunately, the chat feature does not offer the functionality to back up or export chat conversations. As of now, there is no built-in capability to save or export your chat history for future reference.
Can I chat with candidates for the job post in Indonesia even if my company is outside of Indonesia?
Regrettably, if your company is located outside of Indonesia, you will not have the capability to initiate a chat with candidates for the job post in Indonesia.
The communication feature for job postings is typically restricted to companies within the same geographic region to ensure relevant and localized interactions. Therefore, in this case, you will not have access to engage in direct conversations with candidates for the Indonesia job post.
