As time progresses, our commitment remains unwavering in aiding job seekers and young professionals like you in your journey to self-enhancement. Here are the forthcoming adjustments that Glints ExpertClass will implement:

• Beginning September 1, 2023, Glints ExpertClass will no longer offer paid classes for sale. If you have purchased a subscription plan ticket, please utilize it to enroll in our final class scheduled for August 31, 2023.
• For On-Demand classes, if you have acquired a ticket for such a class, your access to the class session and certificate will remain available only until December 31, 2023. Be sure to complete your learning before this access period concludes.

1. What will happen to the class I am currently enrolled in? 

As for On-Demand classes, you will have access to learning videos and e-certificates until December 31, 2023. It is important to complete any On-Demand classes before the deadline.

2. How can I access Glints ExpertClass content on other channels? 

You can search for the "Glints Indonesia" channel on Youtube or simply click on the this link. Subscribe and enable the reminder bell to receive updates on inspiring content from Glints Indonesia. Additionally, you can still enjoy career development content available on Glints Indonesia's YouTube channel by checking:

3. Will I receive a certificate for completing classes watched on YouTube? 

For content/classes on YouTube, you will not receive a class completion certificate. However, our commitment to providing the highest quality class content ensures the best learning experience for learners across Indonesia.

4. What happens to my account data when the platform is terminated? 

Your account data will continue to be securely stored in the Glints system, eliminating any concerns.

5. Is my GEC certificate still valid for use? 

Absolutely, your certificate remains relevant and can be shared publicly as proof of completing learning from our classes. Please ensure to claim the certificate that we've sent via email within 3 days of receiving it from us.
