Posting a job on the Glints app

To post a job, follow these steps:

Ensure that you are logged in to Glints Employer App. You can post a job through Dashboard Page

You can then fill in all the necessary information for the job you're creating. This includes:

Job Details

Job Type

Job Requirements

We also introduce you the new rules which your job will be classified as 'Regular Job' or 'Competitive Job', called Job Classification, based on the job field and location that job that you will be posted. Learn more about the Job Classification here.

You can also utilize the Glints VIP feature when creating a job, expecting candidates to fill the mandatory section that required for your job listings, such as the location, education level, CV, and adding Screening Questions.

If everything looks good, click "Skip & Post Job". You will be redirected to a page informing you that your job has been successfully posted!
