To create the company or post a job on Glints, the company should upload legal documents to prevent any fraud. If you have difficulties while uploading the legal documents, you can follow two steps below:
Make sure you already have an employer account on Glints. If you have not created the account yet, you can check this article.
Open the app and go to your Dashboard menu. Pay attention to the notification as below. You can click "Verify Company".
Upload your Company NPWP and NIB with a maximum size of 5mb in JPEG/JGP/PNG/PDF format. After that, you can click "Submit".
You will get the notification that the document has been submitted.
Please wait for further updates from our team as we require 2 working days to verify your legal documents. Our team will contact you via the registered WhatsApp and notification in Dashboard menu on Glints app for further verification.
Company Verification Process is "Unsuccessful"
If you have uploaded legal documents, there are certain conditions where your company's verification status may become "Unsuccessful". You will get the notification below, and can click "Verify Company Again".
You will see the rejected reasons. Mostly this happens because some requirements from your legal documents still need further verification. Therefore, we recommend that you re-submit your legal documents based on the information needed. If the issue still persists, we suggest you to do the verification process through the website.
In certain cases, you also will get the rejected reasons which suggesting you to re-submit your legal documents using Proof of Ownership method.
Please note that currently the verification process on Glints app is default to Legal Document method. Therefore, if you are being instructed to re-submit your legal documents using Proof of Ownership method, you can do it through your laptop/PC.
Verification Process Takes More than Two Working Days
If this occurs, we suggest you to recheck again your Dashboard menu on Glints app or WhatsApp to make sure whether have you already replied to our verification team or not as part of your company verification process. If you have replied it but no any further response, please contact our team again through hello@glints.com with the subject 'Company Verification'. Our team will follow up to ensure your company verification is processed in a timely manner.
