❗️Please note that the Glints VIP feature can only be used when creating new job listings (it does not apply to existing job listings). You also cannot edit the exclusive Glints VIP features in job listings that were previously associated with Glints VIP❗️
Follow these steps:
Go to the page https://employers.glints.id/. In the Employer Dashboard, click "Post a Job/Pasang Loker".
Fill in all the required information for your job listings. Refer to this article on how to create job listings. When filling out the information you need candidates to provide, you can start using Glints VIP exclusive features, such as:

- Requiring Location

- Requiring Education
-
- Choosing not to display Salary Expectations

- Requiring profile photo and CV/Resume attachment
Once everything is complete, click "Next". You will be directed to the next page containing "Screening Questions".
There are several screening questions you can select based on your needs. This will help you to identify the and pre-selection the candidates that applying to your job listings.
With these Screening Questions, you also have the flexibility to change the order of the questions by dragging and dropping them.
You can also view a "Question Preview" which shows the questions and answer options as they will appear to candidates when applying for your job listing.
Besides, you can also use the 'customize questions' which helps you on having the flexibility to add your own tailored questions to your job posts. This allows you to screen candidates more effectively by focusing on the qualifications and experience most relevant to your role. You can add up to 3 custom questions.
Once everything is set, you can proceed by clicking "Finish & Post Job/Pasang Loker".
You will be directed to another page. After clicking "Skip/Lewati", job listing has been successfully posted!
Moving forward, when candidates want to apply for your job listings, they will be required to fill in the information you selected from the Glints VIP exclusive features.
Glints VIP Utilization on Manage Candidate
If you have posted your job listing using Glints VIP feature, especially with Screening Questions, then you can start to manage your incoming applicants by using Premium Filters, which being part of Glints VIP features.
Before you start, please refer to this article for better understanding regarding Manage Candidate utilization in general.
Go to your Dashboard, and choose the active job listing, then click "Manage Candidates".
Click "Screening Questions".
You can start to filter which points that you want to consider as the indicator of the filter that you utilize. Please note that Custom Questions are not available for this filter. You can click "Apply Filters".
You will see the candidates that meet the closest criteria based on the filters. You can start to do a recruitment process or apply another filter to see the other indicators.
