To post a job, follow these steps:
Ensure that you are logged in to access your company's account Dashboard. Then select "Post a Job".
You can then fill in all the necessary information for the job ad you're creating. This includes:
Job Details & Type
Ensure you fill in the details if you choose an in-office work system.
Utilize the templates provided by Glints to assist you in displaying relevant job descriptions.
We recommend always providing salary information as one of the benchmarks for candidates applying to your job post.
Fill in the skills, education, and experience needed for the open position.
Once you've filled in all the required information, you can check the number of available job slots in your account. Learn more about job slots and Subscription Packages here.
Select "Preview" to see how your job ad will appear based on the candidate page interface on the website.
If everything looks good, click "Finish & Post a Job".
You can add supplementary details in the "Enhance Job Post" section to attract more applicants for your job ad. Learn more about "People to Notify" here.
When finished, click "Skip".
You will provided to either boost your job post, or skip for now. Click here to learn about Hot Job.
If you are currently choosing "Skip For Now", then you will be directed to your Employer Dashboard, and your job post is now live successfully. You can also enable or disable it according to your needs. Learn more here.
