To post a job, follow these steps:
Ensure that you are logged in to access your company's account Dashboard. Then select "Post a Job".
You can then fill in all the necessary information for the job ad you're creating. Before you begin, there will be several sections of the job post where Glints offers the use of the Glints VIP feature to help you get relevant candidates. Learn more about Glints VIP here.
You can start to fill in the information below:
Basic Info
On this page, please write the job title and the job role for the job you want to post. We hope you can fill this out correctly, as it will affect the relevance of the candidates applying for your job vacancy. Further, please add work address which later becoming the candidates' placement to work. If everything looks good, click "Next".
Requirements
This page focuses on lists of requirements that candidates need to complete before they apply to your job listing later. In Job Requirements section, fill in gender, age, skills, education, and experience needed for the job listing. Additionally, you can make the education a primary criteria when they apply. This can be done using the Glints VIP.
Further, in Work Details, can choose the commitment type and work arrangement for the candidates moving forward. Similar with education, you can make the selected location a primary criteria using the Glints VIP , so when candidates apply for your job, they are required to provide their location, making it easier for you to filter later on.
On the Salary & Job Benefits section, we recommend always providing salary information, as it serves as a reference point for candidates considering applying for your job posting. Additionally, we offer suggested salary expectations that are automatically filled in the minimum and maximum salary fields. The salary range we display is based on current government regulations, helping you determine an appropriate salary range. However, you can still delete the suggested salary and enter the salary amount you'd like to set.
Beside, we encourage you to include the job benefits for your job listing. It will help you to gain more applications, build trust with your potential candidates, and also make your recruitment process easier.
On the Additional Mandatory Requirements, you can require candidates to submit their profile photo and CV if you are using Glints VIP. After completing all of the information needed, you can click "Next".
Job Description
On this page, we provide the option to generate job description using AI based on your job post and your preferred language. You can click "Next" to continue.
Screening Questions
You can use these questions as part of requirements for candidate before applying to your job listing. You can also add 3 customizable questions that you can use for candidates to answer deeply about questions related to your job listings. However, these custom questions are available if you have already purchased Glints VIP.
You can click "Preview" to see how your job posting will appear based on the candidate page interface on the website.
After you finish, you can continue by clicking "Finish & Post a Job".
Your job listing is now posted successfully. You can also enable or disable it according to your needs. Learn more here.
