If you experience problems when using the Glints app, you can simply shake your device when opening the Glints app. You will be directed with the "Report Error" form.
You can complete all the information needed for us to pass on to the relevant team for investigation. We also encourage you to upload screen recording or screenshot about the issue that you are facing with.
Once you have completed the form, you can continue by clicking the "Report Error" button.
We also provide you the options to share you suggestion for platform improvements. You can go to the "Me" menu, and click gear icon at the top of the right corner.
You can choose "Suggest Improvements", and fill all the information/suggestion you want to convey. After that, click "Submit".
You also can choose to inactive the automatic error form when you shake your device for easier utilization within the platform. Simply just go to the settings, and choose to inactive the button.
Please check your registered email periodically after reporting since we will contact you to ask further about your issues.
