To reset the password, you can do it in the following way:
- Make sure you have downloaded the Glints app with the latest version. Open the Glints app, then click the mail button.
- Click "Forgot Password".
- Input your registered email, then click "Submit".
- The password reset link will be sent via the registered email, please check the spam folder if you don't find it in the inbox folder. The email message you get will be shown like this:
You only need to click the link, and you will be redirected again to the Glints app and fill in your new password.
Security Tips:
- Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for a strong password.
- Avoid using the same password as other accounts.
- Update your password regularly to enhance security.
I Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Link
If you haven’t received the password reset email, possible reasons include:
- Your inbox is full.
- The email went to the spam folder.
- There is a delay in sending the reset link.
