If you experience problems when using the Glints app, you can simply shake your device when opening the Glints app. You will be directed with the options "Report a bug", "Suggest an improvement", and "Ask a question".
When you select "Report a bug", you can complete all the information needed for us to pass on to the relevant team for investigation. After that, if you want to share the screenshot or screen recording on the driving page, you can choose one of the options as below screenshot shown:
If you want to take a screen recording, you can click "Start a screen recording" and you can follow the steps below:
After clicking the option, you will see a message appear and you can click "Start Now" or "OK". Next you will be redirected to a page that drives with a red button to start recording. You can click the button to get started.
After that, the recording will be started. To share the screen recording using voice, you can activate it with a click of the microphone, and to stop recording, you can click the red box button.
If you want to take a screenshot directly from the form, you can select "Take a screenshot" and it will be redirected to the next page. You will see the camera logo, and you can click to take a screenshot.
Once you have completed the form, you can continue by clicking the button on the right corner.
