Apply a Job on the Glints App

After learning about the functions of the features on the Glints app, you can start applying for jobs on the Glints app by following these steps:

• Download the Glints app on your device with the latest version. Login using your Glints account. If you do not have a Glints account, please create one first.
• After logging in, you will immediately be shown with a "Pekerjaan" (Jobs) tab. You can use the "For You", "Recently Added", "Remote", or "Search Column" features for the jobs you want to search.

• After finding the job you are interested in, you can click "Chat untuk Melamar" (Chat to Apply). At this stage, you will be directed to start applying by answering "Hiring Manager Questions" first.

• Fill in all the list of questions displayed. After that, click "Submit".

• You can start a conversation with HRD after applying by clicking "Start Chat". You can also edit the "Introduction Message" you want to send to HR. Please note that this introductory message cannot be skipped, as it is mandatory to fill in before starting the chat.
