If you have used Glints app as part of your journey to find a job, then you are already familiar with the UI in "Jobs" menu like this:
However, now Glints introduce you to the latest feature calles "One Tap Apply"!
One Tap Apply enables you to apply for certain jobs with just one click away. If you click it, then you will be automatically redirected to the chat menu without needed to fill in any hiring manager questions. Please note that One Tap Apply can be found in "Jobs" menu and job detail page.
In certain point, when you click "One Tap Apply", you need to fill in these information below:
If you meet this situation, then it is expected flow, since you are not finished yet to complete your personal information. As a result, we suggest you to complete it. After that, moving forward if you click One Tap Apply, you won't need to fill in the information again.
If you have previously completed your profile, then you will be redirected to the chat menu, command you to write introduction message (like in the current flow on applying a job through chat to apply). Please note that the introduction message cannot be dismissed, so we suggest you to send it as part of your recruitment process. After you finish, then click "Send Message".
