Before proceeding with the account deletion process, it is important to note that if you have previously used Glints ExpertClass, you cannot delete the account on your own. You can do so by contacting Glints via email at hi@glints.com with the subject "I want to delete my Glints account" with the following format:

If you have never used Glints ExpertClass and want to delete your account, you can follow these steps:
- Log in through the Glints App. In the "Me" menu, click on the gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner.
- Select "Account".
- You can refer to "Delete Account".
- Just like in the website version, if you have previously attended Glints ExpertClass, then you cannot delete it through the Glints App. Please proceed with "Delete My Account" if you have not attended Glints ExpertClass.
- Please type "DELETE" following the instructions provided to proceed with the account deletion process. After that, click "Permanently Delete Account".
Please note that Glints may require additional verification before deleting your account. Additionally, once your account is deleted, all your data and information will be permanently removed from the Glints system and cannot be retrieved.
