Report the Inappropriate Candidate Behavior on Glints App

In the latest release, the option to block or report candidates for inappropriate behavior is available on app. Please see the steps below:

Make sure that you already updated your app with the latest version. After login, you will be shown with "Dashboard" menu. You can choose the job listing.

You can also directly go to the "Chat" menu as well.

Choose candidates that you want to report, and click their profiles. 

You will be redirected to the chat section. You can continue to click the selected button below, and choose "Report Applicant".

Pick the reason of why you want to report them. After that, you can click "Next".

In this section, we suggest you to provide all the supporting details as part of your report. The "Additional Information" is mandatory to fulfill, so you cannot skip it. Once you have finished, you can click "Submit".

Your report has been submitted, and will be investigated by our team.

If you encounter any inappropriate behavior from the candidates, you can directly contact us by shaking the app and report to bug form.
