Please note that managing candidates on the Glints app is slightly different with the website version. In the app, you can simply click the job listings on the Dashboard menu, and you will be redirected to the chat channels.
You can also manage candidates by clicking the "Chat" menu.
Select the job post you want to proceed.
Optimize the filter section to find the candidates you're looking for. You can also utilize the premium filter to find the candidates easily and relevant to your needs at this moment. However, please note that the premium filter only available if you are part of Glints VIP. Learn more about Glints VIP here.
Click on the candidate's name, and start a conversation with the candidate! You can also move the candidate's status by clicking "Move Candidate" to make your recruitment process easier.
You can also easily swipe left and right in the Glints Chat to see the lists of candidates after you have been processed, so you do not need to go back to the manage candidates page. Please refer to this article to learn more about Glints Chat utilization.
Further, we are currently implementing a new system for rejecting candidates when applying in your active job listings. With this system, you not only move the status to 'Unsuitable', but you can customize the rejection message on the candidate's application according to your needs. You can simply by clicking the "Reject" button in the Glints Chat, and choose the rejection reason that you are going to send to the candidates. After that, click "Submit".
