Previously, the Profile Access Limit refers to the restriction for employers when managing their candidate recruitment process within the Manage Candidates section. This included actions such as:
- Sending chats
- Changing candidate statuses
- Performing all recruitment activities for applicants who applied to their job postings without limitation
This Profile Access Limit also applies to a maximum of 20 shortlisted candidates per active job listing.
We would like to inform you that starting within this week, the Profile Access Limit per active job listing will be removed. As a replacement, we are introducing a new system called the Daily Profile Access Limit. Under this new system, if your company account is free (Standard Plan), you can shortlist up to 8 candidates per day, without any limit per job listing.
This daily shortlist limit will be automatically refreshed every day. If you reach your daily limit, you can:
- Upgrade to Glints VIP or Subscription Plan to increase your shortlist limit, or
- Wait until the next day when your daily limit resets automatically.
