"People to Notify" (PTN) is one of the parts on posting a job that you can utilize to make sure to whom the job posts should be visibile to on your team members. In short, if you are not part of PTN, then you won't be able to see any job listing created from your team members on the Employer Dashboard. The display for your Dashboard would be like this:
If you are already being added as "People to Notify" then you can see the job listing as shown below:
Why "People to Notify" should be needed?
We heard your feedback on this! The purpose of this change is to make sure that you can have a smooth experience of utilizing our platform. If you are not added as "PTN", you won't be uncomfortable by getting a spamming notification about incoming applicants on your company's job listing even though if you are not the one that creating the job listing.
Please note that when you decide to be added as "PTN", then you are ready for any incoming applications coming to your job listing.
I want to add my team member as "People to Notify"
If you are not added as a people to notify or if you did not create the job post, you can still manage the jobs by requesting the team member who created the job post to add you.
But if you are the creator of the job post, the steps below will help:
1. Visit https://employers.glints.id/dashboard.
2. And then choose the job post that you want to and then click “More Actions” and “Edit”.
3. Click on the “Enhance”.
4. Then you can search your team member's name that will be included as "People to Notify". After that, click "Apply Changes".
