Post a Job on Glints for Employers Website

To post a job, follow these steps:

• Ensure that you are logged in to access your company's account Dashboard. Then select "Post a Job".

You can then fill in all the necessary information for the job ad you're creating. Before you begin, there will be several sections of the job post where Glints offers the use of the Glints VIP feature to help you get relevant candidates. Learn more about Glints VIP here.

You can start to fill in the information below:

Job Details & Type

Please write the job title and the job role for the job you want to post. We hope you can fill this out correctly, as it will affect the relevance of the candidates applying for your job vacancy. Also, please choose the commitment type for your job listing.

Location

Make sure to fill this out in detail if you choose an office work arrangement. Additionally, you can make your location a primary criterion, so when candidates apply for your job, they are required to provide their location, making it easier for you to filter later on. This can be done using the Glints VIP.

Job Description

Utilize the templates provided by Glints to assist you in displaying relevant job descriptions.

Salary

We recommend always providing salary information, as it serves as a reference point for candidates considering applying for your job posting. Additionally, we offer suggested salary expectations that are automatically filled in the minimum and maximum salary fields. The salary range we display is based on current government regulations, helping you determine an appropriate salary range. However, you can still delete the suggested salary and enter the salary amount you'd like to set.

Job Requirements

Fill in the skills, education, and experience needed for the open position.

Additional Requirements

If you are using Glints VIP, then you can require candidates to submit their profile photo and CV.

Once you've filled in all the required information, you can check the number of available job slots in your account. Learn more about job slots and Subscription Packages here.

Select "Preview" to see how your job ad will appear based on the candidate page interface on the website.

If everything looks good, click "Next". You will be directed to the "Screening Questions" page (Glints VIP).

If you are currently not using Glints VIP, you can skip it and continue by clicking "Finish & Post a Job".

You can add supplementary details in the "Enhance Job Post" section to attract more applicants for your job ad.  Learn more about "People to Notify" here.

When finished, click "Skip".

You will provided to either boost your job post, or skip for now. Click here to learn about Hot Job.

If you are currently choosing "Skip For Now", then you will be directed to your Employer Dashboard, and your job post is now live successfully. You can also enable or disable it according to your needs. Learn more here.
