In order to maintain the trust of Glints users evenly in all aspects, Glints provides a "Report This Job" feature that applicants can use during the process of finding job posts and recruitment at Glints.
The jobseekers can conduct such reports through the following two methods:

What prompts the jobseekers to report a job posting?
There are several aspects that may lead jobseekers to report your job posting, such as:
- Indications of fraud or scams
- Unclear or inconsistent job information
- Excessive requests for personal information
- Upfront payment or hidden fees
- Poor reputation of the referenced company
What should I do when my job posting is reported?
If we receive a report about suspicious actions taken by the company during the recruitment process, we will initiate an investigation into your company account. Our QC team will contact you via the email registered when posting the job post for inquiries. At this stage, we truly appreciate the company's cooperation in providing detailed information so that we can thoroughly and accurately process the report.
If the report concerning job post is confirmed to be true, we will deactivate the job, and we may suspend the company's account if it is proven to have engaged in suspicious activities, such as defrauding applicants.
How can I reduce the likelihood of my job postings being reported?
You can follow these tips:
- Complete your company profile. Jobseekers actively seek information about the companies they consider applying to. If you do not provide sufficient information about your company, they may harbor doubts about its credibility. For additional details, please visit your account page on https://employers.glints.id/company/edit.
- Ensure that the information in the description of your job postings is accurate. Avoid using ambiguous or confusing language that may leave applicants uncertain about the details. Refer to our The Do's and Don'ts on Uploading Job Posts for more information.
- All recruitment processes through Glints do not incur any fees for applicants. We explicitly prohibit and disapprove of the practice of charging fees in recruitment. Our services are firmly rooted in the principles of transparency, fairness, and openness, as outlined in the Terms of Use.
