Glints Match connects Southeast Asia-based talent with local and international job opportunities in the region and beyond. Once your profile and resume are submitted, our team of recruiters will begin matching you with suitable job opportunities, based on your preferences. 

How is Glints Match different from other Glints’ products?

When you are looking a job through www.glints.com, you get to select and apply for jobs that you are interested in. With Glints Match, our team of recruiters contacts you once suitable job opportunities are identified based on your profile and job preferences.

You may choose whether or not to proceed with the job opportunities. With Glints Match, we will also provide personalized support and help you with salary negotiations.

I was previously approached by a recruiter from Glints about a job opportunity, but I did not hear about Glints Match. How is Glints Match different?

If you were approached by a Glints recruiter and there was no mention about Glints Match, you are essentially identified as a potential hire for a specific job opening. Glints Match is a new service in which our recruiters consider your job preferences, such as work style (ie. on-site, hybrid or fully remote) to identify suitable job opportunities for you. Additionally, our team of experts provide 1:1 support, including salary negotiation, until you accept a job offer.

Register your email address at https://match.glints.com/sign-up. Then, check your email inbox or spam folder for an invitation link to complete your profile. Include your most updated resume to enable more accurate job matching. The entire registration process takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Will I be charged a fee?

No, you will not be charged any fee, even after you accept a job offer.
