Will I be a direct hire or a contractor with Glints?

You could be a direct hire with the hiring company or a contractor under Glints. Many international companies choose to hire contractors through Glints because they do not have a local office where you are. 

As a contractor, you will receive all mandatory benefits such as health and pension insurance, as well as bonuses, depending on your country of residence.

What does the compensation package look like?

Rest assured that your mandatory benefits per country requirements will be covered, in addition to your monthly salary. However, the full compensation package varies from one job opportunity to another. 

You will typically get an increased salary because we will only match you with jobs that meet your salary expectations and negotiate your salary with Glints’ clients using our industry knowledge and salary data.

Is there any information on successful job matching and salary increment that I can refer to?
