New job opportunities open up every week at Glints! Local and international companies have hired with Glints Match for tech and non-tech jobs. Our team of recruiters identifies job opportunities that match your profile and job preferences, such as your salary expectation and preference for on-site, hybrid or remote work.

Are there any freelance or part-time job opportunities?

Our focus is on matching talent with full-time job opportunities. This is because we want to help you to not just to get a job, but to build a career. 

Most job openings are on a full-time basis and offer a 1-year contract. We currently do not offer freelance opportunities.

Will I be matched with only one job? Will I be tied to a job?

Certainly not! Your job preferences are most important to us. After you submit your profile and updated resume to Glints Match, our recruiters will continuously identify job opportunities that best suit your profile and preferences, so you may hear back about 1 or more potential jobs. 

We will also ask for your agreement to proceed with a job opportunity, so you don’t have to go through the recruitment process with a job that you already know that you do not have an interest in. If a contract ends, we will match you with new job opportunities.

Will I get another job match when my contract ends?

Yes! We will work with you to start matching you with new opportunities when your current contract is about to expire.

When shall I expect to hear back about a job opportunity?

Typically, talent gets notified about a potential job match in about 8 weeks from the time of registration. However, it may take a shorter or longer time depending on your area of expertise, job preferences, as well as market demand at different times of the year.

Do I have to relocate for my new job?

Relocation depends on your job preferences and the needs of the companies that are hiring. Remote, hybrid, and on-site work opportunities are available with local and international companies.

How will I be supported after a suitable job is identified?

Our team of experts will guide you through your job interviews and negotiate for you a salary package based on our industry knowledge, all at no cost to you (free).
