All you need to know before applying a job on the Glints app

When logging into the Glints app, you will be directed to the "Jobs" menu, as shown in the following display:

In the "Jobs" menu, you will find several filters and features that you can explore first to search for job listings:

Prioritise By:

• Most Relevant: This option displays job listings that best match your work experience or skills. It is based on the information you have filled out in your profile and the job field preferences you have provided.
• Newly Added: This option shows job listings that have recently been updated by recruiters based on your job field preferences. Please note that this option is not based on when the job was initially posted, but rather on when it was edited, when applications were processed, or when the job listing was activated or deactivated.
• Remote/WFH: This option displays job listings that focus on remote or work-from-home positions, based on your job field preferences.
• Fresh Graduate: This option highlights job listings aimed at fresh graduates, aligned with your job field preferences.

Location Preferences:

This option allows you to select job listings based on your desired location. You can add up to 3 preferred locations for your job searches. If you want to add location preferences, simply click "Edit", then add your desired location by clicking the "+" symbol. Once you are done, click "Next".

After that, you can select the location you previously added.

Job Field Preferences:

This option allows you to select job listings that align with your work experience and job field preferences. You can add up to 5 job field preferences. To add a job field preference, click "Edit", then add the desired field by clicking the "+" symbol. Once done, click "Done".

Search Bar:

You can also manually search for job listings by clicking the "search" icon in the upper right corner, then typing the job title you're looking for. For example, when searching for "admin," "driver," or "sales" jobs, simply enter the title in the search box provided.

Once you click, the display will look like this:

In this view, you can see filters and location options. For instance, if you want to change the location, just click on the location preference and adjust it as needed.

You can use the available filters to maximize search results based on your preferences.
