You can follow these steps:
- Download the Glints app in your iOS or Android.
- Open the app, then you will be displayed with the splash screen of the app.
- Choose "log in".
- You will be redirected to complete the verification methods (please refer to the following article to know about Verification Code and OTP).
- Choose one, and then submit the code.
- Once you have successfully log in, you will be redirected to the job listing page (Dashboard).
Please note that you are currently unable to register for a new employer account through the application. Please register your account first through our website at https://employers.glints.id/ and you can refer to the following article for further guidance.
I accidentally registered my account as a candidate role through the Glints app
If you register an account in the Glints app, you will be automatically redirected to the candidate account with a different application display as follows:
If you experience such conditions, you do not need to delete your account. You can change your account role, but it can't be changed manually. To replace it, you can contact us via email at hello@glints.com with the subject "Changing Role to Employers" with the format:

I have more than one employer or company account
You can still follow the steps above. After you successfully login, open the "Account" section.
Choose "Switch Company", and then select the company account you are referring to, then click "Save".
I have problems logging in to the Glints Employer App
You can contact us via email at hello@glints.com with the subject "Invalid Login in the Glints Employer App". You can also report the issue by shaking your device while opening the app. Please also provide the following details for further checking:
