If you forgot your password or want to change it for account security, follow these steps to reset your password on Glints app.
Make sure that you have downloaded the Glints app with the latest version. Open the app, choose to login as the employer, and click "Forgot Password".
You will be redirected to page for reset your password. Enter your registered email and click "Send".
You will receive a notification to check your email for the password reset link. Open your inbox, find the email, and click the reset link.
Once clicked, you will be directed to the password reset page. Enter your new password and confirm it.
🔹 Security Tips:
- Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for a strong password.
- Avoid using the same password as other accounts.
- Update your password regularly to enhance security.
Click "Submit" to complete the process. You will receive confirmation that your password reset was successful, and you can now log in to your account.
I Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Link
If you haven’t received the password reset email, possible reasons include:
- Your inbox is full.
- The email went to the spam folder.
- There is a delay in sending the reset link.
We recommend checking your inbox and spam folder regularly and deleting unnecessary emails to make space for new messages. If you still haven't received the reset link, contact our team via WhatsApp or shaking your device and report it through Instabug for further assistance.
